Fasting is one of the most overlooked commandments in the word of God. It is neglected more than it is practiced.
Jesus said that some things could not be answered except for prayer and fasting.
How we worship the babe determines everything we believe about Jesus.
The INCARNATION brings the understanding of deity.
God became a man and lived among us.
You can’t just skip over the baby and say, “It’s only a baby.” It’s the son of God.
The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart, and in keeping them, there is great reward. We are trying to accumulate the passion of God, the blessings of God, and the victories of serving our God.
1. The principles, when honored, make compound blessings over time. Each principle that is honored positions us for God’s rewards. Each principle we violate robs us of the potential of those rewards.
2. When we choose not to walk before the Lord, we are robbed of the blessings of peace, joy, and confidence because of misplaced priorities.
The blessings of God are available, but they are not automatic. The anointing is available, but it is not automatic.
The precepts, principles, and truths of the word of God are inexhaustible in the benefit they will provide us.

We’ve all experienced that uncomfortable feeling when something comes between us and someone else. Most people don’t like confrontation. Many will try to ignore the problem, but it hangs there like an unpleasant odor that won’t go away. It’s like something left in the refrigerator that you forgot about.
Eventually, it will start stinking so bad that you must give it some attention.
Something was stinking between Paul & the Church at Corinth. He decided to set things straight with his brothers and sisters in Corinth.
The Corinthians should have known Paul’s integrity. They should have never let other people sway their opinions. Paul had led most of them to Christ. He had taught them, discipled them, and spent eighteen months ministering among them.
He loved them dearly, and he wanted that unsettled feeling, that unpleasant odor between them, gone.
Some imagine a life with no ups and downs but a life that is level with unbroken joy. Sometimes what you hoped for-didn’t happen.
In life, you will have things that hit that you will not understand. We have to learn to TRUST GOD in the painful places of life. I believe that God’s power is abundantly available in our pain.
We want a perfect life. We want no wounds, no hurts, beautiful families, and no issues ever to hit our lives.
But I have learned that the wounding, the hurts, the cuts, and the attacks give you and me a weightiness that comes when somebody's been through something.
