#10 – Quenching the Holy Spirit
We must the Holy Spirit, be and by by Him, operating in and through Him.
1 Thessalonians 5:19–21 (ESV)
19 Do not quench the Spirit. 20 Do not despise prophecies, 21 but test everything; hold fast what is good.
Wherever the Holy Spirit is and as God, the people of God will know Him more and will experience a deeper, satisfying, empowered with Him.
1. We quench the Holy Spirit when we rely on other than the Holy Spirit for we do in life and ministry.

His divine power gives us everything we need for life and godliness.

13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.
Colossians 1:11 (ESV)

3. We quench the Spirit whenever we in the way of His imparting and ministering to the church through them.
4.We quench the Spirit whenever we create in our corporate gatherings and worship services, and in our small groups, that does not permit the leading of the Spirit.
