The Tomorrow War // At The Movies [Part 1]

November 7, 2021   /   Vineyard Church

ACT I
• You were meant to make a difference.
“Make a careful exploration of who you are and the work you have been given, and then sink yourself into that…Each of you must take responsibility for doing the creative best you can with your own life.” Galatians 6:4-5 (Mes)

• What you believe about your future matters.
“Where there is no vision, the people perish.” Proverbs 29:18 (KJV)

“If people can’t see what God is doing, they stumble all over themselves; but when they attend to what he reveals, they are most blessed.” Proverbs 29:18 (MSG)

ACT II
• Focus on your next step.
“Your words are a flashlight to light the path ahead of me and keep me from stumbling.” Psalm 119:105 (LB)
• We all need to find freedom.
“You can trust a friend who wounds you with his honesty…” Proverbs 27:6 (TPT)

• My mission is to help people to know God.
“Whatever a person is like, I try to find common ground with him so that he will let me tell him about Christ and let Christ save him.” 1 Corinthians 9:22 (LB)

ACT III
• It always begins with me.
“If my people respond by humbling themselves, seeking my presence, and turning their backs on their wicked lives, I’ll be
there ready for you: I’ll listen from heaven, forgive their sins, and restore their land to health.” 2 Chronicles 7:14 (Mes)

• My best life begins now.
“Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:13-14
