I GUESS I JUST FEEL LIKE Week Three: “How to Experience Transformation with How I Handle Anxiety”

4 “Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! 5 Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. 6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 4:4-7 

(1) is our first weapon against anxiety.

“Let your gentleness be evident to all.” – Philippians 4:5a

(2) It’s hard to be and anxious at the same time. And, how I handle anxiety . 

“The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything,” – Philippians 4:5b-6a 

(3) Either anxiety our of God, or our of God our anxiety.

“Be still and know that I am God.” – Psalm 46:10

“But in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”- Philippians 6b

(4) my anxiety to God is . 

“And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding,” – Philippians 4:7a

(5) I can experience even if I don’t understand .

“Will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 4:7b

(6) A relationship with is connected to God’s peace as well as guarding my heart and mind.
