Noah – God’s Righteous Servant

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking,
correcting and training in righteousness,   -2 Timothy 3:16

By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s com-
mand, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.  -Hebrew 11:3

NOAH—God’s righteous servant
Noah a man of

By faith Noah, when warned about things not yet seen, in holy fear
built an ark to save his family. By his faith he condemned the world
and became heir of the righteousness that is in keeping with faith.  -Hebrew 11:7

if he did not spare the ancient world when he brought the flood on
its ungodly people, but protected Noah, a preacher of righteousness,
and seven others;   -2 Peter 2:5

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise
wisdom and instruction.  -Proverbs 1:7

The ARK a vessel of

But I will establish my covenant with you, and you will enter the
ark—you and your sons and your wife and your sons’ wives with you.   -Genesis 6:18

The Lord then said to Noah, “Go into the ark, you and your whole
family, because I have found you righteous in this generation.    -Genesis 7:1

The FLOOD God’s great

The Lord saw how great the wickedness of the human race had be-
come on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the  human heart was only evil all the time.
The Lord regretted that he had made human beings on the earth,
and his heart was deeply troubled.

So the Lord said, “I will wipe from the face of the earth the human
race I have created—and with them the animals, the birds and the
creatures that move along the ground—for I regret that I have made
them.”     -Genesis 6:5-7

Jesus our great

The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that
they may have life, and have it to the full.    -John 10:10

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to
prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.   -Jeremiah 29:11

Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with
what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never
will I forsake you.”   -Hebrew 13:5b

 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that
whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.    -John 3:16

Prone to wonder, Lord I feel it prone to leave the God I love here’s my
heart, take and seal it seal it for thy courts above.
