Fallacies We Believe about Purity:

We need a pure Appearance

- Matthew 23:5-7
- Matthew 23:25-28

We need pure Circumstances

- Mark 7:14-16

We need pure Associations

- Luke 7:36-39

What can I do to become Pure in Heart?

ANSWER: You do Nothing and let Jesus do Everything

“”I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”- John 15:5

There is a vast different between “Taking Part” in the things of God and being “Set apart” for the things of God
- Do you only do the things of God when people are watching? (Appearance)
- Do your circumstances dictate if, how, or when you serve and worship God? (Circumstance)
- Does the people you are serving or are serving with dictate your commitment to the things of God?

Decision: Allow Jesus to Wreck your Life

Jesus will:
- Destroy your white-washed tomb- John 2:19
- Turn over every stone in your life- Matthew 24:1-2
- Rebuild you into a Temple Set-apart- John 2:19
