    1. Jews and Gentiles both stand accused of violating the law whether internal (by conscience) or external (by the Law of Moses) (MULTILINE)

    1. The Righteous Judge according to his law (MULTILINE)

    1. Jesus Christ
    2. The Petition – the blood of Christ shed for the remission of sin that makes propitiation or settlement with God. 
    3. Hebrews 12:14-15 “Without righteousness it isimpossible to see God” (MULTILINE)

5.The Plea

    1. The Cultural Defense
    2. The Conscience Defense
    3. The Christian’s Defense
    4. 6. The Pardon
    5. By Faith in Jesus Christ, sins are propitiated and one is justified. And declared exonerated by the court. (MULTILINE)

Sin is universal, God’s righteousness is unavoidable, faith is the means to be justified by God, through the payment of Christ’s blood shed in propitiation for sinners, boasting in my goodness is excluded now. Where the law of Moses, or the law of conscience revealed sin, Jesus revealed salvation from sin and redemption from its penalty.
