Two Perspectives in Living

When He Sees the Wicked

“Prosperity” – “shalom” = to be at peace, secure, happy, and to prosper

He envies them – v. 4-12
He regrets the way he lives – v. 13-14
He handles his struggles wisely – v. 15

But he shifts his vision and gains a new perspective.

When He Sees God

He understands their destiny – v. 17-20
He understands his foolishness – v. 21-22
He understands God’s faithfulness

He sees God’s faithfulness in ways:

1. God grasps him – v. 23

2. God guides him – v. 24

3. God will take him to glory – v. 24

4. God is good to him – v. 25-26
