Ephesians 4:20-24 (NIV) 20 You, however, did not come to know Christ that way. 21 Surely you heard of him and were taught in him in accordance with the truth that is in Jesus. 22 You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; 23 to be made new in the attitude of your minds; 24 and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.
Principles of Stewardship
God everything
Colossians 1:16 (NASB) 16 For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things have been created through Him and for Him.
God everything
Psalm 24:1 NLT 1 The earth is the LORD’s, and everything in it. The world and all its people belong to him.
God made man for everything
Genesis 1:28 NLT 28 Then God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and multiply. Fill the earth and govern it. Reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and all the animals that scurry along the ground.”
God holds man for the way he manages
Matthew 25:29-30 NLT 29 To those who use well what they are given, even more will be given, and they will have an abundance. But from those who do nothing, even what little they have will be taken away. 30 Now throw this useless servant into outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’
God those who steward His resources well
Matthew 25:21 (NLT2) 21 “The master was full of praise. ‘Well done, my good and faithful servant. You have been faithful in handling this small amount, so now I will give you many more responsibilities. Let’s celebrate together!’

Reallot your
1 Peter 4:10 (NIV2011) 10 Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.
Redeem your
Ephesians 5:15-17 (NKJV) 15 See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, 16 redeeming the time, because the days are evil. 17 Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.
