A.W. Tozer quote: What comes into our minds when we think about God is the most important thing about us. The history of mankind will probably show that no people has ever risen above its religion, and man’s spiritual history will positively demonstrate that no religion has ever been greater than its idea of God. Worship is pure or base as the worshiper entertains high or low thoughts of God.

Revelation 1: 9
I, John…was exiled to the island of Patmos for preaching the word of God and for my testimony about Jesus.

Revelation 1: 10 (NIV)
on the Lord’s Day I was in the Spirit, and I heard a loud voice behind me that sounded like a trumpet.

Revelation 1: 11-20
“Write on a scroll what you see and send it to the seven churches: to Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodicea.” ¹²I turned around to see the voice that was speaking to me. And when I turned I saw seven golden lampstands, ¹³and among the lampstands was someone “like a son of man,” dressed in a robe reaching down to his feet and with a golden sash around his chest. ¹⁴His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and his eyes were like blazing fire. ¹⁵His feet were like bronze glowing in a furnace, and his voice was like the sound of rushing waters. ¹⁶In his right hand he held seven stars, and out of his mouth came a sharp double-edged sword. 2 Corinthians 4: 17-18
we have small troubles for a while but…we set our eyes not on what we see but on what we cannot see. What we see will last only a short time, but what we cannot see will last forever.

Day and night they never stop saying: “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty. Everything existed and was made, because you wanted it.”
