JESUS GAVE UP HIS LIFE…

“No one can take my life from me. I sacrifice it voluntarily. For I have the authority to lay it down when I want to and also to take it up again.” John 10:18a (NLT)

Jesus focused on the not his pain.

4 TRUTHS TO REMEMBER IN YOUR DARKEST HOUR

1. I have a Father in Heaven who !

“I came from the Father and entered the world; now I am leaving the world and going back to the Father.” John 16:28

“As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him.” Psalm 103:13

GOD LOVES ME MORE THAN I DO

2. My Father can be !

“For the word of the Lord holds true, and we can trust everything he does.” Psalm 33:4 (NLT)

“That is why I am suffering here in prison. But I am not ashamed of it, for I know the one in whom I trust, and I am sure that he is able to guard what I have entrusted to him until the day of his return.” 2 Timothy 1:12 (NLT)

3. My Father is taking care of things .

WHILE YOU’RE WAITING, GOD IS WORKING.

“When he is at work in the north, I do not see him; when he turns to the south, I catch no glimpse of him. But he knows the way that I take; and when he has tested me, I will come forth as gold.” Job 23:9-10

“For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.” 2 Corinthians 4:17-18

4. My Father can handle anything I put .

• Scarred with the nail prints so he

“Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you! See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands;” Isaiah 49:15-16a
