MAPPING MY EMOTIONS

I. Emotions are a way to map out your life.

a. You cannot get over every emotion quickly.
b. You cannot tough out every emotion.
c. You cannot ignore every emotion.

II. Emotions are real check your map.

‘Life is a journey I don’t have a map for.’ – Delta Goodrem

a. When we don’t know where we are, we can become fragile.
b. We can be confused and don’t understand how we feel.
c. We can be so frustrated that we shut completely down.

III. Emotions are a special piece of our mapping:

a. The Father created us with emotions.
b. The Father knows our fruit will outlast our situation.
c. The Father knows our faith will overcome our fears.
