EXPLORATION – It Is All New

I. Explore the unseen:

A. Never stop exploring.
B. Never lose your sense of wonder.
C. Explore—means to travel through to investigate to learn about.

“I applied my mind to study and to explore by wisdom all that is done under the heavens. What a heavy burden God has laid on mankind.” ~ Ecclesiastes 1:13

D. “We have to get smaller to get larger.”

o Virtual, Media and the Praise Team has to reach the unseen crowd.
o We must mobilize people in their homes for the mission field.
o We are feeding more people than those who would attend a service.

E. The leader’s thoughts must be aware of things that are impacting not just the people you have, but the people you desire.

II. Where our organization is and what her behaviors are going to be.

A. Organization origin (Birthed by God)
B. Organization personality (Missions and Vision)
C. Organization Lifespan and age

III. How does our organization respond to shifts? Consider the faith it takes to explore.

A. Explore the organization intentionally.
B. Explore the organization facing uncertainties.
C. Explore the organization with courage.
