For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23

God devised a plan to eliminate the reason for separation, cancel the debt of rebellion and draw men back to Himself

For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God – 1 Peter 3:18

I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6

By grace, through in Jesus, His life, sacrifice, and resurrection are to our account.

For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, 9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:8-10

We are made before God our Creator. We are made right to in the plan of God.

“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 38 This is the great and first commandment. 39 And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. Matthew 22:37-39

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20

If the Spirit of God brought these characteristics out in David what does that mean to us today?

How did David act to engage the power of the Spirit of God in his life?

How can we engage the power of the Spirit of God in our lives?
