There are times when the biggest obstacles to vision come from . When individual becomes more important than collective vision, the result is disunity and failure. Mutual vision thrives on unity. Nehemiah addresses internal strife head on and gives us a textbook example of conflict management and unifying a disconnected people. Nehemiah 5:6-13 Overcoming Internal Conflict on the issue Nehemiah 5:7a Taking time to think through the difficulties helps us prepare to them. Address the issue head on Nehemiah 5:7-8 Addressing an issue directly provides opportunity to the issue quickly. Clarify the Nehemiah 5:9 Provide a pathway forward Nehemiah 5:9-11 Creating a forward invites dissenters deeper into the vision.
