Matt 6:25-34

Jesus doesn’t rely on thought as the solution to anxiety

Matt 6:31-33

Jesus provides a spiritual solution for a mental struggle.

Jesus tells us to realign our focus on the of God.

Drawing near and focusing on God can give us a different on what makes us anxious.

One thing is necessary

Luke 10:38-42

 μεριμνάω (merimnaō) – anxious, worried, concerned (Strongs 3308)

 μερίζω merizō – worried, a part, divided portion, fractured (Strongs 3307)

Mary let the many things draw her perspective and care away from the thing.

Anxiety is so overwhelming because it is a of our emotional control center that can lead to a loss of spiritual perspective.

Luke 10:42

When we focus on the problem, we choose the divided heart over the one good .

Do not be anxious

Philippians 4:4-7

Paul teaches that in the battle for our minds, our greatest tool is a one.

The peace of God that is yours by being with Christ is available to you.

Willingly seeking God will refocus our perspective, unify our fractured hearts, and provide peace beyond what we can comprehend.
