Introduction

The definition of miracle is a highly improbable or extraordinary event, development, or accomplishment that brings very welcome consequences. Miracles are rare in the eyes of the world we live in today — we often see them as false or simply exaggerated, explainable events. But Jesus was the ultimate Miracle Worker. He performed many miracles throughout His earthly ministry. Each was seen by dozens, sometimes hundreds and even thousands of witnesses. Jesus is the Miracle Worker. And just as He made miracle after miracle happen when He walked the earth more than 2,000 years ago, He wants to work another miracle in your life today.

1. The within the . (Matthew 14:24-27)

Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him.                                                                    James 1:12

2. Look for not . (Matthew 14:28-29)

We can make our plans, but the LORD determines our steps.                                               Proverbs 16:9

Everything that I command you, you shall be careful to do. You shall not add to it or take from it.                                             Deuteronomy 12:32

Your word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path.                              Psalm 119:105

3. The is the . (Matthew 14:30)

“Love your enemies! Pray for those that persecute you! In that way you will be acting as true children of your Father in heaven.”                                                                                                                                    Matthew 5:44

“Honor your mother and father.”                                                                                                                   Matthew 15:4

“Go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey the commands I have given you.”              Matthew 28:19-20

4.  to a faith. (Matthew 14:31-33)

When Jesus heard this, he was amazed. Turning to those who were following him, he said, “I tell you the truth, I haven’t seen faith like this in all of Israel.” Then Jesus said to the Roman officer, “Go back home. Because you have believed, it has happened.”                                                                                Matthew 8:10 & 13

“Dear woman,” Jesus said to her, “your faith is great. Your request is granted.” And her daughter was healed.                                                                                                                                                                 Matthew 15:28
