Four motivating reasons for Christians to never give up in living for and serving Christ:

1. To display . 2 Corinthians 4:6

The devil keeps unbelievers in spiritual darkness,

but the faithful Christian shines on people’s hearts.

2. We are powered by . 2 Corinthians 4:7

Clay jars are in their fragile, mortal human bodies.

(not immune from pain, disease, affliction, or persecution)

Treasure is Himself, the unfading hope of our glory.

The indwelling Holy Spirit has fuel to spare to empower Christ-like living and courageous

gospel testimony.

3. To encourage . 2 Corinthians 4:15

Our faithfulness provides a to others who may be facing severe spiritual

battles of their own.

4. The of resurrection and life eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:16-18

With divine promises like this, we too can say with all conviction and passion…
