“Jesus always seemed interested to see beyond the surface of things and look to the heart. Listen to the Lord in Hosea 6:6 “I don’t want your animal sacrifices—I want your love; I don’t want your offerings—I want you to know me. This is the kingdom of God. A God who can look beyond the brokenness of this world and see the buried treasure. Can you look beyond the brokenness of this world and see the treasure of God’s kingdom?”
