Consider memorizing and praying this prayer:
O God, let something happen to us here, something more than interesting or entertaining or thoughtful. O God, let something essential happen to us, something awesome, something real. Speak to our condition, Lord, and change us somewhere inside where it matters, a change that will burn and tremble and heal and explode into tears or laughter or love that throbs or screams or keeps a terrible cleansing silence and dares the dangerous deeds of faith. Let something happen in us here that makes us more like Jesus. Amen.
“The kingdom of God is a present reality that you must immigrate to, from the kingdom of the world into the kingdom of God through the gate of Jesus.”
How do you know you’ve done this?
Respond to the following quote:
Once immigrated to the kingdom of God, each Christian must learn to live of this kingdom as a citizen, while they continue to live in the kingdom of the world as a foreigner.
How did you receive Pastor Steve’s understanding of being “Responsible to” and “Responsible for?”

Respond to this quote,
Growing as a contributing member of God’s kingdom is not a matter of trying harder, it’s a matter of training better.
