Effects of a hurried lifestyle  

 

  1. I feel more stress.

  • Think continuously.  
  • Think rapidly.  
  • Think on different tracks at the same time.  
  • Are competitive 
  • Have a tendency to over-plan each day 
  • Have difficulty delegating. 
  • Have low tolerance for frustration. 
  • Have a sense of justice.
