Acts 21:14 – 23:11

If we rely on our and alone, we are treading on thin ice.

but sanctify Christ as Lord in your hearts, always being ready to make a defense to everyone who asks you to give an account for the hope that is in you, but with gentleness and respect;

We Live In Crooked Times!

Our society today seems to insist on and truth.

The problem is that many thinking people are themselves and this new way

of thinking.

We are getting to the point that we need to remember – if we hear something enough it starts to us

But among the crowd, some were shouting one thing and some another, and when he could not find out the facts because of the uproar, he ordered that Paul be brought into the barracks.
Acts 21:34

Isn’t that like the ? Some say thing and some say .

So – who is ? Is there an absolute ?

Paul Talks Truth! (22:1 ff)

Notice:

Remember: God Is In !

  • It is hard to remember God’s promise of , isn’t it?

  • If we look at what we and we falter.

God is our refuge and strength,
A very ready help in trouble.

Therefore we will not fear, though the earth shakes
And the mountains slip into the heart of the sea;

Though its waters roar and foam,
Though the mountains quake at its swelling pride. Selah
