                                                                       Psalm 95:6-7

 

Worship keeps us in a crisis

 

To worship means to give

 

of worship:   bowing,  kneeling,  prostrate

 

        6 O come, let us worship and bow down, let us kneel before the LORD, our Maker! 7 For he is our God, and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand.  Psalm 95:6-7 (NRSV)
          

Worship is meant to be an ongoing in our life

 

Worship helps us develop and

           Our focus in worship:      

       1  God the Father – 

 

The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Psalm 19:1 (NIV)
           
   

        2  Jesus the Son –

   “ we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world. 1 John 4:14 (NIV)

 

21 Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of your evil behavior.
22 But now he has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation–
Colossians 1:21-22 (NIV)

                                                                                

        3  Holy Spirit – 

         26 But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. John 14:26 (NIV)
          
      

               O Come Let us and bow down!
