August 1, 2021 / Troy SpradlinThe Bible teaches that we must make a decision about our spiritual destiny – or the decision will be made for us when it is too late! Let’s look at Luke 13 and Matthew 7 concerning this topic.
I. Luke 13:23 – Lord, are there few who are saved?
A. Ask yourself the same question, “Are there few who are saved? If so, o to be saved?”
B. “Few being saved” is harmonious with other passages throughout the Scriptures, such as:

II. Luke 13:24 – Strive to enter through the narrow gate
A. Doors/gates are for .
B. Heaven is not general admission, free entry, or an unrestricted entrance = !
C. One must to enter the gate.
D. Application: Luke 13:27 teaches us the importance of our (does He know you?) which affects our (what kind of work have we done? Is it righteousness or iniquity?)

III. Matt 7:14 – There are few who find it.
A. Only a can enter through a door!
B. Merely is far short of obeying Him.
