• If you have a mouth full of garbage, hate, cursing; no one is interested in the Good News you have because you are not demonstrating anything desirable.
• We earn our words.

1 Peter 3:10: God’s blessing in your life is a witness of the Goodness of God.

1 Peter 3:10: He is quoting Psalm 34.

1 Peter 3:11-12: God wants us to be blessable so that he can show his goodness to us and demonstrate to the lost world his Good nature.

The way God answers prayers is a witness.

1 Peter 3:13-14: The world is not likely to punish you for doing good, but even if they do, you will be blessed. Peter emphasizes the importance of Christians giving into fear.

The point of this is not to memorize a list. It is to remind you that we earn our words. Gospel is not a thing we do, or a thing we share; Your life is the Gospel.

Notice Peter says we are to share the hope that is in us. You do not have to be an expert in every religion to share your faith; you just need to know your own story. How you came to faith and why you have hope.
