Walking in the Light- 1 John 1:5-10

1. We must be clear about the ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ of Christ. (v. 5)

2. We must be clear about what it means to be a Christ . (v. 6)

“Repentance and faith are distasteful to the unregenerate; they would sooner repeat a thousand formal prayers than shed a solitary tear of true repentance.” — C.H. Spurgeon

3. We must be clear about what the gospel does to a life. (vv. 7-10)

• The truth about people…we all are . (v. 8)
• The truth about God…He is faithful to (v. 9)
• The reality of the moment…we all have a to make. (v. 10)
