The Power of God

Psalm 147:5

Great is our Lord and mighty in power; his understanding has no limit.

Revelation 19:6

Then I heard what sounded like a great multitude, like the roar of rushing waters and like loud peals of thunder, shouting: “Hallelujah! For our Lord God Almighty reigns.

We live in a world that constantly thinks and talks about power.  Maybe you think of the power of a locomotive or the performance of an opera singer. Power comes in lots of forms and fashions.

God’s power is realized in numerous ways. Consider the following:

We see God’s power displayed in creation.

We see God’s power displayed in preservation.

We see God’s power displayed in the resurrection.

We see God’s power displayed in salvation.
