Definition of the word Celebration – source dictionary.com

the action of marking one’s pleasure at an important event or occasion by engaging in enjoyable, typically social, activity.

Why we should and how we should, celebrate a child born two thousand years ago?

The I am took upon Himself form.

John 3:16 (NLT); “For God loved the world so much that He gave His one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.

He came because He loves us. He came because He wanted to give the world the greatest it has or will ever know, the opportunity to have life.

Christmas Celebrations – This year is about .

We celebrate the found in the Savior, Jesus Christ. He paid the price.

So the question is; how do you celebrate Jesus? How do you look at Jesus? Is He simply a baby in the manger?

As His followers we CELEBRATE Him as the Risen Savior, Lord and King of Kings!

So Pastor, what is with the football jersey? It’s a Hamilton Tiger-Cat jersey my favorite team who are playing in the Canadian Football championship tonight. It is called the Cup. They have a week long festival leading up to the game tonight.

The Vs The Perspective.

Jesus didn’t come to save a sports team. He came to offer salvation to the whole world. There is only one Eternal and His name is Jesus Christ!

If in this Christmas season if there is a point at which you feel overwhelmed, frustrated or even depressed don’t forget the celebrate the promise and reality Luke 2:8-11;

Luke 2:8 (NLT); That night there were shepherds staying in the fields nearby, guarding their flocks of sheep. Suddenly, an angel of the Lord appeared among them, and the radiance of the Lord’s glory surrounded them. They were terrified but the angel reassured them. “Don’t be afraid!” he said. “I bring you good news that will bring great joy to all people. Savior-yes, the Messiah, the Lord-has been born today in Bethlehem, the city of David!

Is He your Savior? Celebrate the Saviour, Jesus Christ this Christmas!
