“Find Joy” – Philippians – Week 4

Philippians 2:1-11

The Way of Happy Love says…

1) I’m comfortable in my circumstances

2) I’m content with myself

3) I am competitive with others

The Way of Joyful Love is…

“Here is my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen one in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him and he will bring justice to the nations. (Isaiah 42:1, NIV)

But it shall not be so among you. But whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be slave of all. For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” (Mark 10:43-45, ESV)
