Start talking. 

• Do you remember when you first learned or had to apply the “golden rule” as a kid? What happened?

Start thinking.

• Why does Jesus say that treating others you would want to be treated “sums up the law and the prophets?”

Start sharing. 

• Have you been thinking with this filter of treating others how you want to be treated? How can you better have that mindset in your day-to-day?

Start praying. Be bold, and pray with power.

• Ask the group to stop and take time to share prayer requests and pray for one another. 

Start doing. 

• Identify someone in your life who you have regarded as “less-than” yourself. How can you begin treating them as a VIP?
