Start talking.

• What is a moment in your life that you would define as joyful? What made it joyful? 

Start thinking.

• What do you think the difference is between joy and happiness? Which do you pursue more often in your life and why?
• An angel said to Mary, Luke 1:28 NLT “28 Gabriel appeared to her and said, “Greetings, favored woman! The Lord is with you!”
• What does it do for you knowing that the Lord is with you too? 

Start sharing. 

• What circumstances have made it hard for you to live with joy? 
• In this message, we said, “You can’t know what joy is until you know where to find it.”
• What could you do or where could you look to find joy even despite your difficult circumstances? 

Start praying. Be bold, and pray with power.

• Ask the group to stop and take time to share prayer requests and pray for one another. Pray and ask for us to find joy in the Lord.
