and prosper!”

Love wisdom. Learn all you can. Watch your life flourish.

Ephesians 5:15-20

Don’t be in your own

 LIFE GROUP DISCUSSION

Start talking.

  • Who’s the wisest person you know personally? What makes them so wise in your eyes?
  • Is it generally hard or easy for you to seek out wisdom from others for your life? Explain.

Start thinking.

  • What kind of person do you think is the best kind of person to seek wisdom from? Conversely, what kind of person is not the best person to seek wisdom from?
  • Where do you think Godly wisdom can be found?

Start sharing.

  • Share of a time where you went your own way using your own judgment only to suffer for it?
  • Share of a time where you sought God’s wisdom and reaped the benefits for having done so. What did you do? What wisdom did you receive?

Start praying. Be bold, and pray with power.

  • Have the group share what they need wisdom for. Pray for God’s wisdom to be granted to his kids.

Start doing.

  • Commit this week to seek Him first for direction, guidance, and help. We are all going to start a new Proverbs reading plan on YouVersion, where we will read one chapter a day and seek God’s wisdom.  https://my.bible.com/reading-plans/3055-the-wisdom-of-proverbs
