The Strong Angel (vv.1-4)

Angel means

Angel: angelos – a messenger, angel

“See that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that their angels in heaven continually see the face of My Father who is in heaven. – Matthew 18:10 (NASB95)

Then it happened that night that the angel of the Lord went out, and struck 185,000 in the camp of the Assyrians; and when men rose early in the morning, behold, all of them were dead.
