God wants to give you three GIFTS:
GIFT #1: HEAVEN
The “Gold” Gift
But our citizenship is in heaven… – The Apostle Paul, to Christians in Philippi
God loves you and has an awesome plan for you!
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” – Jesus, to Nicodemus
“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.” – Jesus, to religious leaders
GIFT #2: FORGIVENESS
The “Frankincense” Gift
But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ… – The Apostle Paul, to Christians in Philippi
The problem: man is sinful and separated from God.
…for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God… – The Apostle Paul, to Christians in Rome
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. – The Apostle Paul, to Christians in Rome
The “Good News”: God sent His Son to die for your sins!
…God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. – The Apostle Paul, to Christians in Rome
For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures. – The Apostle Paul, to Christians in Corinth
“I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” – Jesus, to Thomas
GIFT #3: GLORIFICATION
The “Myrrh” Gift
But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body to be like his glorious body, by the power that enables him even to subject all things to himself. – The Apostle Paul, to Christians in Philippi
Would you like to receive God’s forgiveness?
For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. – The Apostle Paul, to Christians in Ephesus
“Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved…” – The Apostle Paul and Silas, to the Philippian Jailer
“Dear God, I know I’m a sinner, and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe Jesus Christ is Your Son. I believe that He died for my sin and that you raised Him to life. I want to trust Him as my Savior and follow Him as Lord. Guide my life and help me to do your will. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.”
