Proverbs 18:21  The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.


Proverbs 12:18  Reckless words pierce like a sword, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.


Proverbs 15:14  The tongue that brings healing is a tree of life, but a deceitful tongue crushes the spirit.


  • What we formulates our beliefs.  Our beliefs ignite corresponding actions



2 Corinthians 4:13  It is written: “I believed; therefore I have spoken.” Since we have that same spirit of faith, we also believe and therefore speak, 


Romans 4:17  . . . the God who gives life to the dead and calls things that are not as though they were.


Mark 11:22-23 (NIV) 22  “Have faith in God,” Jesus answered. 23  “I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him.


  • We need to live UP to our destiny not to our past.



Genesis 17:5  No longer will you be called Abram your name will be Abraham,  for I have made you a father of many nations.  I will make you very fruitful; I will make nations of you, and kings will come from you.


  • There must be REPETITION before there is a reputation. No one gets a reputation for doing something one time.



  • Our true identity is what our says about us!

  • Qualified & Holy  Colossians 1:12   and giving joyful thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of his holy people in the kingdom of light.


  • Forgiven  Colossians 1:13-14  For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. 


  • Chosen People, Holy, Dearly Loved   Colossians 3:12  Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved,  


  • Chosen Generation, Royal Priesthood, A holy nation, God’s special possession   1 Peter 2:9   But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. 


  • New Creation  2 Corinthians 5:17   Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! 

  • Righteous  2 Corinthians 5:21  God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. 

  • Innocent  Hebrews 10:22 let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. 

  • Saved    Romans 10:9 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.  V 13 for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” 

  • Redeemed  Isaiah 62:12  They will be called the Holy People, the Redeemed of the Lord; 


Galatians 3:13  Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a pole.” 

•  Washed, Sanctified, & Justified  1 Corinthians 6:11 And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.


  • Anointed of God   2 Corinthians 1:21  Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, 


  • Temple of the Holy Spirit    1 Corinthians 6:19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;


  • Pure and Blameless  Philippians 1:10  so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ 


  • Set Apart  Jeremiah 1:5 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” 


  • Ambassador for Christ  2 Corinthians 5:20  We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, 


  • Joyful  2 Corinthians 7:4 I am filled with comfort. I am exceedingly joyful in all our tribulation. 


  • Mind of Christ  1 Corinthians 2:16  . . .
    But we have the mind of Christ. 


  • God’s people  Rom 8:27 And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God. 


  • Children of the Most High    Luke 6:35  But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. 


  • Adopted as a Son/Daughter  2 Corinthians 6:18  “I will be a Father to you,and you will be my sons and daughters,says the Lord Almighty.”   


Ephesians 1:4-5   For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love He predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will— 


•  Citizens & Members of His household.   Ephesians 2:19  Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of his household, 


•   Children of God & Born of God  1 John 3:9-10  No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God’s seed remains in them; they cannot go on sinning, because they have been born of God. This is how we know who the children of God are and who the children of the devil are: Anyone who does not do what is right is not God’s child, nor is anyone who does not love their brother and sister.

 •  Children of light  Ephesians 5:8  For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light   


Matthew 5:14  “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 

•  Friend of God John 15:15  Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you. 

• Heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ.
Romans 8:16-17  The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.  


•  Blessed of the Father    Matthew 25:34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 

•   Everlasting  Psalms 139:24 See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. 


•  Powerful Acts 1:8  But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses.  


Luke 10:19 I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you. 

•  Blessed  Deuteronomy 28  You will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country. . . . 


2 Corinthians 8:9  For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you through his poverty might become rich. 

•  Healthy  Psalms 30:2  Lord my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me. 1 Peter 2:24 …by his wounds you have been healed. 

•  Free in Jesus  John 8:36  So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. 

•  Faith Walker  2 Corinthians 5:7 For we walk by faith, not by sight.  


•  Excellent  Psalms 16:3  As for the saints who are on the earth,“They are the excellent ones, in whom is all my delight.”

  • Winner & Overcomer  1 John 4:4  You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.


•  Prosperous  Psalms 1:3 That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither— whatever they do prospers.


•  More than a Conqueror  Romans 8:37  No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.


•  Possible  Luke 18:27  “What is impossible with man is possible with God.”


•  Strong & Courageous  Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”  


•  Victorious   Psalms 20:6  Now this I know: The Lord gives victory to his anointed. He answers him from his heavenly sanctuary with the victorious power of his right hand.


•  Triumphant  2 Corinthians 2:14 (NKJV) Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ
