  1. Narcissism.

“I’ve got to think of Me First”

  1. Hedonism.

“Do whatever feels good”

  1. Naturalism.

“God doesn’t exist or matter”

“From the beginning of creation, God has shown what He is like by all He has made.  That’s why those people don’t have any excuse. They know about God, but they don’t honor Him or even thank Him… They claim to be wise, but they are fools.”  Romans 1:20-22 (CEV)

“The fool has said in His heart ‘There is no God.’” Psalm 14:1a (NIV)

God: “Look up to the skies. Who created all these stars and calls all the stars by name?” Isaiah 40:26 (NCV)

  1. Theism.

“God made ME for his purposes”

“For everything, absolutely everything, above and below, visible and invisible…  everything got started in Him and finds its purpose in Him.”  Colossians 1:16 (MSG)

“How could you worship two gods at the same time? You will have to hate one and love the other, or be devoted to one and despise the other.” Matthew 6:24 (TPT)

“The truth is, although we live normal human lives, the battle we are fighting is on the spiritual level… Our battle is to break down every deceptive argument and defense that men erect against the true knowledge of God.” 2 Cor. 10:4-5 (Philips)
