Goal #1: Maintain Your Ideal Weight.
“Each of you should learn to control his own body in a way that is holy and honorable.” 1 Thessalonians 4:4
“Control yourself if you have a big appetite…” Proverbs 23:2 (NCV)
“Moderation is better than muscle…” Proverbs 16:32 (Mes)
Goal #2: Commit Yourself To A Regular Exercise Program.
“Glorify God with your body” 1 Corinthians 6:20

Goal #3: Get Enough Sleep and Rest.
“In vain you rise up early and stay up late.” Psalm 127:2

GOALS FOR MENTAL CONDITIONING:

Goal #1: Develop A Personal Reading Plan.

Goal #2: Spend Time With Wise People.

Goal #3: Write Your Ideas Down.

GOALS FOR SPIRITUAL CONDITIONING:
“Spend your time and energy in the exercise of keeping spiritually fit.” 1 Timothy 4:7 (LB)
Goal #1: Strengthen Your Commitment Through Fellowship.
“This is not the time to pull away and neglect meeting together, as some have formed the habit of doing. In fact, we should come together even more frequently, eager to encourage and urge each other onward.” Hebrews 10:25 (TPT)
Goal #2: Renew Your Soul Through Bible Study.
“You’re my place of quiet retreat; I wait for your Word to renew me.” Psalm 119:114 (Mes)
