The Ghost

• God Created Life

• God Manages Death

“And the dust returns to the ground it came from, and the spirit returns to God who gave it.” Ecclesiastes 12:7 (NIV)

• God Discourages- goblins, ghouls, ghosts!

“For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 (NLT)

• God Encourages the Holy Ghost

“Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?” They answered, “No, we have not even heard that there is a Holy Spirit.” So Paul asked, “Then what baptism did you receive?” ‘John’s baptism,’ they replied. Paul said, “John’s baptism was a baptism of repentance. He told the people to believe in the one coming after him, that is, in Jesus on hearing this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. When Paul placed his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came on them, and they spoke in tongues and prophesied.” Acts 19:2-6 (NIV)

How do I Encounter the Holy Spirit?

 “Also, I will teach you to respect me completely, and I will put a new way of thinking inside you. I will take out the stubborn hearts of stone from your bodies, and I will give you obedient hearts of flesh.  I will put my Spirit inside you and help you live by my rules and carefully obey my laws.” Ezekiel 36:26-27 (NCV)
