A Better Way To Rejoice

Results are worth celebrating, but they are fragile to become the foundation of your joy. 

 

 

Luke 10:17 (ESV)

17The seventy-two returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in your name!”

 

 

1 Chronicles 16:27 (ESV) – King David

27Splendor and majesty are before him; strength and joy are in his place.

 

 

Zephaniah 3:17 (ESV)

17 he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.

A BETTER WAY TO REJOICE…. 

 

 

Luke 10:17–19 (ESV)

18And he said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. 

19Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you. 

 

1.  CELEBRATE WHAT GOD DOES YOU BUT DON’T BUILD YOUR JOY THERE. 

 

 

John 15:5 (NLT)

5“Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing.

2.  BE EVEN MORE EXCITED IN WHAT GOD HAS FOR YOU.

WHAT BRINGS JESUS JOY
