“The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor . . . to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free” (Luke 4:18; Isaiah 61:1).

What you need to do:

1. Discern God’s purpose (calling) for your life
   1. He has a purpose for everyone

2. Decide if you accept the purpose
   1. Don’t coast
   2. Don’t be double-minded.
   3. Do not serve two masters.

3. Discipline/Consecrate (sanctify) yourself unto God
   1. Wait on God
   2. Pray
   3. Fellowship
   4. Live holy

4. Do your calling. Get Deployed
   1. Just do it
   2. Get deployed to carry out our commander’s command.

5. Delight in your purpose/calling
   1. Hold fast to the anointing.
   2. Deify the anointing of God on your life for your calling.
   3. When the enemy offers you the fruit
   4. When you are enticed to desecrate yourself
   5. When the world calls you to dabble in the unholy

6. Decide to reconnect with God

¹² But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: ¹³ Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. (John 1:12-13, KJV)

Prayer for Salvation: 

Lord Jesus, I admit I have sinned against you and ask for Your forgiveness. I accept Your death as the penalty for my sin, and recognize that Your mercy and grace is a gift You offer to me because of Your great love, not based on anything I have done. Cleanse me and make me Your child. By faith I receive You into my heart as the Son of God and as Savior and Lord of my life. From now on, help me live for You, with You in control. Amen
