PRESENCE: Being present refers to a state of mindful awareness of what’s right in front of you, with no dwelling on the past and no worrying about the future.”

BIG IDEA: The greatest to the life you want, may be the life you’re .

If we’re following an Jesus, we should be living an unrushed .

^28-30 “Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. WHY ARE WE SO RUSHED?

1. We’ve equated with .
2. We’re away from our current .
3. We’ve got to .

What if the greatest enemy to the life you want is the life you’re living?

Jesus never ran anywhere and always had time for people.

The solution is not . The solution is more of what .

PRAYER TO PRAY: God, help me to walk slowly enough to experience Jesus fully and love people deeply.

HOW DO WE LIVE UNRUSHED?

1. Become an obsessive .

Everyone denied it, and Peter said, “Master, this whole crowd is pressing up against you.”

⁴⁶ But Jesus said, “Someone deliberately touched me, for I felt healing power go out from me.” ⁴⁷ When the woman realized that she could not stay hidden, she began to tremble and fell to her knees in front of him. The whole crowd heard her explain why she had touched him and that she had been immediately healed. ⁴⁸ “Daughter,” he said to her, “your faith has made you well. Go in peace.”
