The Real Real – lead, follow or find a new way…

This month of June I want to talk to you about the real hopes and dreams and fears we have as a church that wants to change the world.

Here is a spiritual and real life principle that you will never escape; Jesus died and you got blessed.

The real, real is this; now it’s our turn to sacrifice to someone else may be blessed.

Today I want to invite you to be a seed planter.

Matthew 13:31 He put another parable before them, saying, “The kingdom of heaven is like a grain of mustard seed that a man took and sowed in his field. 32 It is the smallest of all seeds, but when it has grown it is larger than all the garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and make nests in its branches.”

You might want to ask a question right now; why is Jesus comparing the greatest movement on the face of the earth – the kingdom of heaven – to a mustard seed?

It’s because a seed looks inconsequential.

A seed doesn’t even look alive.

A seed is so small.

It doesn’t look like something great is going come from a seed.

But I don’t want you to miss the larger point; that the biggest and most influential movement that the earth has ever seen, the church of Jesus, started out as the most inconsequential little group.

2 Corinthians 9:6 The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. 7 Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. 8 And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work. 9 As it is written,

“He has distributed freely, he has given to the poor;
    his righteousness endures forever.”

10 He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness. 11 You will be enriched in every way to be generous in every way, which through us will produce thanksgiving to God. 12 For the ministry of this service is not only supplying the needs of the saints but is also overflowing in many thanksgivings to God.

You can’t out give God

El Real Real – lidera, sigue o encuentra un nuevo camino…

Este mes de junio quiero hablarles sobre las verdaderas esperanzas, sueños y temores que tenemos como iglesia que quiere cambiar el mundo.

Aquí hay un principio espiritual y de la vida real del que nunca escaparás; Jesús murió y tú fuiste bendecido.

Lo real, real es esto; ahora es nuestro turno de sacrificar a alguien más para que sea bendecido.

Hoy quiero invitarte a ser un sembrador de semillas.

Mateo 13:31 Puso otra parábola ante ellos, diciendo: “El reino de los cielos es como un grano de semilla de mostaza que un hombre tomó y sembró en su campo.  32 Es la más pequeña de todas las semillas, pero cuando ha crecido es más grande que todas las plantas de jardín y se convierte en un árbol, de modo que las aves del aire vienen y hacen nidos en sus ramas”.

Es posible que desee hacer una pregunta ahora mismo; ¿por qué Jesús está comparando el mayor movimiento sobre la faz de la tierra– el reino de los cielos– con una semilla de mostaza?

Es porque una semilla parece intrascendente.

Una semilla ni siquiera parece viva.

Una semilla es tan pequeña.

No parece que algo grande vaya a venir de una semilla.

Pero no quiero que te pierdas el punto más grande; que el movimiento más grande e influyente que la tierra haya visto jamás, la iglesia de Jesús, comenzó como el pequeño grupo más intrascendente.

2 Corintios 9:6 El punto es el siguiente: el que siembra con moderación también cosechará con moderación, y el que siembre abundantemente también cosechará abundantemente.  7 Cada uno debe dar como ha decidido en su corazón, no a regañadientes o bajo compulsión, porque Dios ama a un dador alegre.  8 Y Dios es capaz de hacer que toda gracia abunde para ti, para que teniendo toda suficiencia en todas las cosas en todo momento, puedas abundar en toda buena obra.  9 Tal como está escrito,

“Ha distribuido libremente, ha dado a los pobres;
 su justicia perdura para siempre”.

10 El que suministra semilla al sembrador y pan para el alimento, proveerá y multiplicará tu semilla para sembrar y aumentará la cosecha de tu justicia.  11 Serás enriquecido en todos los sentidos para ser generoso en todos los sentidos, lo que a través de nosotros producirá acción de gracias a Dios.  12 Porque el ministerio de este servicio no sólo está supliendo las necesidades de los santos, sino que también se desborda en muchas acciones de gracias a Dios.

No puedes dar a Dios

¡Veamos qué puede hacer DIOS!
