Not a Slave

John 8:31-34 

 John 8:31-32Jesus Christ taught the good news about his true nature.He called all who were willing to believe his teaching and experience the gift of freedom. John 8:33This response illustrates our struggle to accept our true condition and need for the gift of grace.  John 8:34-36What does it mean to be a slave to sin?How does the son (Jesus Christ) bring us freedom? Galatians 4:4-7 (reading from the NLT)We must grasp the good news of our identity in Christ.Jesus’ teaching goes against everything the world teaches us about our slavery to sin. 
The more we embrace the truth of who Christ has made us, the more we will live in true freedom.
