Proverbs 24:16/Hebrews 12:1-3

Proverbs 24:16
“… for though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again, but the wicked stumble when calamity strikes.”

Life can be hard. There will be times when you will experience setbacks and difficulties. How do you weather adversity? We need to develop resilience.

Resilience: is the courage and ability to get up when you fall.
Resilience means you have the capacity to bounce back. A resilient person refuses to quit.

Note the following:

A resilient life overflows with regular gratitude.

A resilient life builds lasting friendships.

A resilient life seeks after God’s heart.
