Matthew 4:18-22

Series: The Big Five

Last week we began a five-part message series called – “The Big Five.” Over the next few weeks we are going to continue to explore five priorities in the church. Healthy churches are intentional when it comes to: Worship, Discipleship, Ministry, Fellowship, and Evangelism.

This morning we study about the priority of discipleship.

Quote: “Christianity without discipleship is always Christianity without Christ.” ― Dietrich Bonhoeffer

Note the following:

Christian discipleship begins with the words “follow me.”

Christian discipleship is not easy.

Christian discipleship is about growing in the character of Christ.

Christian discipleship is a slow process and it takes a lifetime.
