1 Peter 3

Introduction

We are in the middle of a study of the New Testament book of 1 Peter. We should understand that Peter addressed his readers as “aliens and strangers” who live in the midst of a pagan society (2:11-12).  Christians live in the world, but are not of this world.  

Living out your faith in 2022 isn’t easy or always accepted by the others. Many people don’t approach life from the point of a Christian worldview. 

There are some really helpful words found in the first half of 1 Peter 3. He discusses the role and responsibilities of a husband and wife in marriage. He also appeals to the church and emphasizes the right attitudes we are to have toward one another.
