  • Attitude is a huge part of life.

  • Warren Wiersbe: “The great sin of the Pharisee was hypocrisy based on pride. Their religion was external, not internal. It was to impress people, not to please God. They bound people with heavy burdens while Christ came to set people free. They loved titles and public recognition and exalted themselves at the expense of other people.

  • Pride is an attitude that credits ourselves with our successes and blames others for our failures.

 

Humility will keep your life and be a catalyst for

  • 11:2; Prov. 16:19; Isa. 66:2; Matt. 23:12; 1 Pet. 5:5-6.
  • Humility allows us to enjoy a healthy relationship with God and others.
  • One mark of genuine humility is that it generates a real interest in other people.
