- How does Jesus answer Peter’s question about how many times he should forgive someone? What does his response mean?
- Jesus tells a parable about an unforgiving servant. As a group, retell this story in your own words. Give specific attention to the debts and attitudes/actions of the servants.

- How does considering the amount you’ve been forgiven by God impact your willingness to forgive others?
- Have you noticed any ways a lack of forgiveness in your life has impacted your life?

- If there is someone you have not forgiven, consider the costs associated with not forgiving them. Are you willing to assume the debt and forgive them even when the cost feels high? What are the costs and benefits of choosing to forgive or not forgive?
