Our Forever Story

Revelation 21:1-8

Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day… (2 Corinthians 4:16)

 

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. (2 Corinthians 5:17)

DISCUSSION QUESTIONS

Head

  • Read Revelation 21:1-8. Retell the story that these verses communicate.
  • How do you see this future story playing out, in part, now?
  • What questions do you have about these verses? You can email them to [email protected]

Heart

  • What excites you about your future story as told through these verses?
  • What makes you anxious or perhaps fearful about it?
  • How do you keep your eyes on the “now” and “not yet”?

Hands

  • How would you share this “now” and “not yet” story with somebody else? Practice in your group… then go do it.
