Head

• Read Hebrews 12:1-3. Make a list of who surrounds you as a “great cloud of witnesses”. Spend time in prayer thanking God for each of them. 
• Take turns sharing stories about how one of your “great clouds of witnesses” helped you follow Jesus. Begin your story with, “I remember a time when I was…”.
• How do these stories inspire confidence to lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and run with endurance the race that is set before you?

• Take turns sharing about a time when Jesus was already doing the heavy lifting of working in your life. Begin your story with, “I remember a time when…”.

Hands

• Whose “cloud of witnesses” are you a part of? How can you cheer them on this week by sharing God’s story of His work in your life?
